This Privacy Policy explains how AgentNDX.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use AgentNDX (the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information (such as name and email), billing information, usage and analytics data, and content you provide in pages, chats, and lead forms.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, support customers, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases and Consent

Where required by law, we process personal data based on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate the Service (such as hosting, authentication, payments, and analytics), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Advertising & Analytics Tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. The Pixel is a JavaScript snippet that collects browser-level data (pages visited, browser type, and referral source) when you visit our website. The Conversions API sends select conversion events (such as account sign-up) from our servers directly to Meta.

Data sent to Meta: hashed email address (SHA-256, one-way — Meta cannot reverse it to read your email), IP address, browser user-agent string, page URL, and event timestamps. We do not send Meta any raw (unhashed) personal identifiers beyond IP address and user-agent, which are required for event matching and are not hashed per Meta's specification.

Purpose: conversion measurement, ad optimization, and audience creation on Meta platforms. Meta may use this data in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy.

Opting out: you can opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta via your Facebook Ad Preferences or by using browser-level tools such as ad-blocker extensions that prevent the Pixel script from loading.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on data type and legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to request data portability or object to certain processing.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
