One conversation = one visitor chat session. It starts when they send their first message and ends when they close the chat or go idle for 30 minutes. A single visitor asking ten questions counts as one conversation. The free plan includes 20 per month — enough to test, enough for a slow season.

- Do I need a credit card to try?
- No. The free plan never asks for a card. You sign up, your agent is live, and you stay free until you decide to upgrade — or forever, if 20 conversations a month is plenty.
- What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
- On the Free plan, new chat sessions are politely queued until the next calendar month. Your agent stays live and your existing data is untouched — visitors just see a brief "I'm taking a short break" message. You can upgrade any time to resume immediately.
- What is a lead?
- A lead is a visitor who leaves their contact info (name, email, or phone number) during a chat. AgentNDX captures these automatically and emails them to you, no extra setup needed. All plans include lead capture.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep your agent and your data for the rest of the billing period, then drop to the free plan. No cancellation fees.
- Can I pay annually?
