Common questions

Can it quote shipping to international buyers?
Yes, if you train it with your shipping rates and the countries you ship to. You can give it a rate table in plain English — "$18 to the US, $32 to Canada, $48 to Europe" — and it'll quote correctly.
What does it do with custom order requests?
It asks the questions you'd ask: what size, what glaze, when they need it, and their budget. It saves all the answers as a lead in your dashboard and emails you a summary.
Will it make promises about availability or timeline I can't keep?
No. You train it to be honest about lead times. If something is out of stock or takes 6–8 weeks, you tell it that, and it repeats it accurately. It won't promise what you haven't told it.
